Getting started is easy. Just schedule your repair through our online form or give us a call.
If you schedule via form, you’ll receive an email and text message to coordinate a time for device transit. Please allow up to 24 hours for a response.
If your request is urgent or you need same-day pickup, a phone call to the shop is
preferred.
You can choose from the following delivery options:
- Next-Day Pickup: $6.99
- Same-Day Pickup: $15.99
- Drop-Off at Our Location: Free
All general repairs include a $35 diagnostics fee (plus transit costs if selected).
After we receive your device, we’ll assess the issue and send you a detailed repair quote based on parts, labor, the diagnostic fee, and any applicable transit fees.
You’ll have the option to:
- Approve the quote – we’ll complete the repair and send an invoice.
- Decline the quote – we’ll return the device or hold it for pickup.
Once payment is confirmed, we’ll return your fully repaired device, ready to go.

If only a cleaning/dusting is required/requested = $45 (diagnostics fee included)
If your system requires a full Windows reinstall based on diagnostic findings, the total cost will be $90 (the $35 diagnostic included).
Discount on data recovery services if a fresh install is necessary and files need to be restored.
Our Data Recovery service begins with a diagnostics test to gauge the damage.
Supported devices for data recovery include:
- Cell phones and tablets with broken screens
- Laptops and desktops
- External hard drives and USB flash drives
- Family DVDs converted to digital format
For hard drives, solid-state drives, and flash drives, we specialize in software-based recovery. If the device is completely non-functional or not powering on, recovery may be limited, but we will make every effort to retrieve critical data whenever possible.
The standard data recovery fee is $150 -- with the diagnostic fee already included. Though complexity and data size can affect final pricing.

Our Virus Scan & Removal service is designed to eliminate infections and restore system stability for just $65 --the $35 diagnostics fee is already included.

- System Integrity Check

Our Custom PC Build service is designed to provide you with a personalized, high-performance system tailored to your needs for just $155.
This service includes:
- Compatibility Check for All Selected Components
- Full Assembly and Installation of Main Components
- Installation of Air or All-in-One Water Cooler
- System Testing and Optimization to Ensure Peak Performance
For micro or mini builds, there will be an additional $30 charge to cover the extra assembly time and specialized components.
